18 May 2008 the bust was installed in front of the administration building in remembrance of a famous ataman, native of Staroshcherbinovskaya stanitsa of Krasnodar Krai.

Academician E.A. Kotenko was one of the initiators of installation of the bust of
A.D. Bezkrovny, named ataman of the Kuban Cossack army. The Saint Nicholas the
Wonderworker Charitable Foundation paid for casting of the bust performed by
sculptor V.P. Polyakov.
