The Concert in Novorossiysk Devoted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Day

On November 11th, 2010, in Novorossiysk city theatre the concert dedicated to the 93^rd anniversary of establishing the Russian Militia was performed under the aegis of the Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker Charitable Foundation.

Concert performers included:

• Larissa Kolesnikova, the soloist of the Russian Maecenas theatre-and-cultural centre, the folksong singer;

 • Gariy Babayan, the soloist of the Russian Maecenas theatre-and-cultural centre (saxophone);

• Oleg Akkuratov, the soloist of the Russian Opera theatre, the art director and the soloist of the MICH-BAND jazz;

• The Mr. Х Group directed by Victor Groshev (the founder and ex-soloist of the Dr.Watson group), the winner of the Moscow Government Award, the Merited Artist of Russia.

The artists’ fine performance deeply impressed the audience.

In honor of the Russian Militia Day, the Foundation awarded several officers of the Novorossiysk City Department of Internal Affairs. The awards and material aid to the distinguished were handed over by M. I. Chepel, General Director of the Saint Nicolas the Wonderworker Charitable Foundation, and V. A. Chernositov, Head of the Novorossiysk City Department of Internal Affairs.
